Korn Ferry surveyed the CCOs of Fortune 500 companies in 2023. It was revealed that 50% of Chief Communications Officers have base salaries of $400,000 or higher, with more than one-third (34%) earning $450,000 or higher. Compared to 2014-2015 levels, this represents a significant increase in compensation.
